Refund Policy

Every Platwright product is a digital file, delivered instantly. Once the download link is sent, the file can't be returned — so purchases are final.

There is one exception, and it covers the thing that actually goes wrong.

If the file doesn't work, tell me

Email me within 14 days of purchase if:

• the file won't open, or opens corrupted
• you received the wrong file
• a formula in the template returns an error it shouldn't

Send your order number and a short description of what you're seeing — a screenshot helps. I'll fix the file and send you the corrected version. If it can't be fixed, you get a full refund.

A calculation problem is always worth reporting, whether or not you want a refund. If a formula is wrong for you, it's wrong for everyone who bought that template, and it gets corrected for all of them.

What isn't a refund case

• Changing your mind after downloading
• Not having Excel or a Google account — compatibility is listed on every product page before purchase
• Wanting a feature the template doesn't have. What's included is listed in full on the product page; if something you need is missing, email and ask before you buy
• The numbers you entered producing a result you didn't want. The template calculates what you give it

Refunds are issued through Payhip to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Questions before buying are always welcome, and they're cheaper than a refund for both of us.
